We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We ship globally but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your new furniture as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return process works:
Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is in original condition – unused, unassembled, with all packaging and tags
- The item is returned in its original packaging to prevent damage
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, these products cannot be returned:
- Custom or special order items (including made-to-order furniture)
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
- Mattresses and bedding products (for hygiene reasons)
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days

- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- The return address
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original documents and accessories
- Ship to the provided address using a trackable method
- For exchanges, clearly indicate the new item you’d like
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Refund Methods & Timing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees (except for free shipping promotions) are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your replacement after receiving and approving your return
- Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)
- You’ll receive tracking information for your new item
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
