Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags
- The item must be returned in the original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of these products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or special order items (including made-to-order furniture)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
- Mattresses and bedding products for hygiene reasons
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:
Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Wait for Approval and Instructions
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- The return address
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original documents and accessories
- Ship to the provided address using a trackable shipping method
- For exchanges, clearly indicate the new item you’d like
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Refund Methods and Timing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Shipping fees (except for free shipping promotions) are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item after receiving and approving your return
- Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)
- You’ll receive tracking information for your new item
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
